Director of Indian Law Resource Center delivers Berger lecture on Oct. 30
The executive director of the Indian Law Resource Center will deliver this year's Phyllis Berger Memorial Lecture at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at the Museum of the Rockies' Hager Auditorium.
Robert "Tim" Coulter, a Potawatomi Indian and executive director of the nonprofit legal organization with offices in Helena and Washington, D.C., will deliver the keynote lecture. His speech is free and open to the public. Read more...
