Application Submission Deadlines
2008 - 2009
Students who are interested in applying for an Undergraduate Scholars award are encouraged to submit their application by the priority deadline. Note: during the fall semester we do accept applications at any time.  See cover sheet of the application for details.  Application materials are submitted to the Undergraduate Scholars Program, 418 Reid Hall, Bozeman, Montana.
 
Deadlines
Academic Year 2008/2009 and Fall 2009
September 11, 2008 (INBRE)
September 5, 2008 (General USP): $1500 maximum stipend for AY 2008/2009 or $750 for fall semester
September 6 - 30: Proposals submitted during this window are eligible for $1300 for AY 2008/2009 or $650 for fall semester
October 1 - 31: Proposals submitted during this window are eligible for $1000 for AY 2008/2009 or $400 for fall semester
Spring Semester 2009
January 30, 2009 (INBRE)
January 30, 2009 (General USP)
NOTE: No late applications will be accepted during the spring term.  This applies to both the general USP program and to INBRE.
Summer Session 2009
INBRE Deadline TBA
March 13 , 2009 (General USP)
 
Important Information
Stipend awards will be reduced for applications received after priority deadlines. See program application for other deadline dates.  
Please note that General USP is no longer accepting late applications for Spring and Summer terms.
