Mission Statement
Human Resources/Affirmative Action serves two primary functions: we are responsible for the University's compliance with state and federal civil rights laws and assist with many human resources tasks for faculty and professional employees.
Specifically, we develop and monitor of the University's non-discrimination and affirmative action policies working closely with academic and University administrators to develop and implement effective equal opportunity policies and practices.
We post vacancy announcements for faculty and contract professional positions , as well as, monitor hiring practices. The Office is also responsible for human resources development and training.
